RETURNS & REFUNDS

14-DAY RETURNS:
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty.

Restocking fee: 15% of purchase price.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Opened or installed electrical items
- Used or fitted parts
- Custom orders or special requests

FAULTY ITEMS:
Manufacturer warranty applies. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for faulty items.

WORKSHOP SERVICES:
- 24-hour cancellation policy (full refund)
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
- 30% deposit non-refundable after work has commenced

TO INITIATE A RETURN:
Email admin@mechxperts.shop within 14 days with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of item (if faulty)

Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method.
