SHIPPING POLICY

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING:
We ship to all Australian addresses using Australia Post, Sendle, or freight carriers.

SHIPPING RATES:
Calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination postcode
- Item weight and size
- Shipping method selected

FREE SHIPPING:
Orders over $1500 ship FREE Australia-wide (excludes large freight items).

PROCESSING TIME:
- Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri): Same-day dispatch
- Orders after 2pm: Next business day dispatch
- Weekends/public holidays: Dispatched next business day

DELIVERY TIMES (after dispatch):
- Perth metro: 1-3 business days
- WA regional: 8-16 business days
- East Coast (NSW/VIC/QLD/SA): 6-12 business days
- Remote areas (NT/TAS): 12-21 business days

TRACKING:
Tracking numbers provided via email once shipped.

LOCAL PICKUP:
FREE pickup available at our Bayswater workshop:
1/28 Clavering Road, Bayswater WA 6053
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat by appointment

LARGE/FREIGHT ITEMS:
Body kits, bumpers, bull bars may require freight carrier.
We'll contact you within 24 hours with freight quote before processing.
